Founded in 1892, Fitzpatrick & Weller, Inc. is a multi-national supplier in the hardwood lumber and wood components industries. Located in Western New York, we have developed and earned a reputation, known to many parts of the world, for quality raw materials, master crafted production, and customer oriented management.
Our wood components include strips, edge-glue panels, glued up squares, moulding's and CNC parts for furniture, kitchen cabinets,gifts/hobby lumber,cutting boards, flooring, staircase parts, musical instrument and casket industries, to name just a few. The hardwood species that are native to our locale include Red and White Oak, Hard and Soft Maple, Cherry, Ash, Poplar and Basswood. We are also using Mahogany, European Beech and Walnut.
Our Forest Management division is committed to the conservation practices that are designed to ensure the future of our American Forests. Services we provide include, Timber sale Administration, Forest Management and Planning, Timber Inventory, Timber stand improvement, and Property Line Maintenance.

Any information, personal or otherwise, that we collect from our customers including but not limited to name, address, phone number, and email address will be kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share personal information with anybody.
We utilize the latest 128 bit encryption in our checkout pages. This offers the highest level of security possible. This means nobody can see your personal information, or credit card number as you proceed through the checkout process.
All requests for returns must be made here or contacting Fitzpatrick & Weller at 1-716-699-2393 (M-F, 8- 4 EST).
Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase only. Imprinted/logo and personalized items are not returnable. All claims of damaged or defective products must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
Returns must be re-packaged with the item in its original box with your receipt and order number included. Items must be shipped prepaid, and we recommend that you use UPS. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges unless sold items arrived damaged and they were reported to customer service within forty eight (48) hours of delivery.
Please note: All items must be in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund. Used or items not reported as damaged upon receipt will not be accepted for credit.
If you choose the Refund option, a credit will be corrected to your credit card on receipt of the returned product.
If you choose the Replace option, a replacement will be sent out immediately, but if the original return is not received within two weeks, the replacement cost will be charged to your credit card along with a 10% restocking fee.

For products that are damaged in transit please notify the carrier immediately we use UPS.
